Exchange Policy

Innova Zones / PPE Zone wants you to be fully satisfied with the products we provide to you.  If you are not satisfied with the fit of an item, please return the item within 7 days of initial delivery for a size replacement only.   A return form with a prepaid UPS shipping label has been enclosed for your convenience.  The completed form must be enclosed with the returning item(s).  It is very important, on the return form, that you detail the replacement size you need to correct the fit issue.  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the box, and return it through your local UPS location.

A replacement shipment of your item(s) should be expected within 72 hours of receipt of the returned item(s).  Please expect an email confirmation of the item(s) being accepted at our distribution center, as well as a follow up email when the replacement order has been shipped back to you.  

Products are NOT eligible for return due to normal wear and tear.  If, however, any item(s) appear to be wearing abnormally due to a manufacturer's defect, please email Customer Service at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please include: The completed return form and ensure it has your correct personal information (name, address, daytime phone number, email address, NEW correct size needed for each item, etc...)
